Our 35th Wedding Anniversary !!! :)

After 4 days of windsurfing the forecast today was not brilliant with an hour of wind of the middle of the day and being our wedding anniversary Mag and I got out our bikes, packed our breakfast and headed to Felixstowe Ferry and had a pleasant hour watching the yachts coming and going in the mouth of the River Deben including a large number of Dutch boats :) We even managed to collect nearly 2k of coal before heading inland along Ferry Road/Gulphur Lane and to the track to Trimley St.Martin. It was then back down Cordys lane to Felixstowe dock and back home in time to repair a battern in my 8.5 broken in my 5 Star session yesterday before heading off to give my 19th pint of blood. I checked the wind and it was showing 20 kts but nne - not perfect a bit cross off but I took my kit down to The Dip and several sailors were out with sails from 6 to 9.6 !!! As I arrived the rain came and the wind left, luckily I had not rigged so after a chat returned home to Mag painting our side gate - what a top woman !!! :) - top Bank Holiday.
